Arlen at the Future Forces Exhibition & Forum
From October 16 to 18, 2024, the 16th edition of the Future Forces Exhibition & Forum (FFF) took place at the PVA Expo Center in Prague. Arlen also showcased its exhibition booth during the event.
The Future Forces Exhibition & Forum is one of the largest industry events in the Czech Republic, focusing on defense and security. It is the second most important international meeting of this sector in the country, following the biennial IDET event in Brno.
The main topics of FFF 2024 included autonomous systems, the development of robotics and artificial intelligence, counterterrorism, the future of land and air forces, air defense, and countering chemical, biological, and radiological threats. The exhibition also featured presentations of modern technologies related to individual equipment, weaponry, personal protection, military and emergency medicine, crisis management, critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, logistics, training, and simulation. The event showcased innovative technologies and the latest solutions aimed at enhancing internal security and strengthening national resilience. The high profile of the event was emphasized by the presence of distinguished guests, including the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, and the Minister of Defense, Jana Černochová.
This year’s edition attracted over 320 exhibitors from 35 countries, with displays spread across six halls. Among them were companies from Poland, although the largest players were missing, both those from the Polish Armaments Group and prominent private sector firms. The booths of Polish companies were scattered across different halls of the PVA Expo, making it difficult to establish a unified national section, a common practice at international exhibitions.
